about us
The Technology Behind the Magic
Precision Control Systems
Our control software coordinates material selection, temperature management, and deposition parameters in real-time, ensuring optimal bonding between different materials while maintaining structural integrity.
Advanced Slicing Algorithms
Custom slicing software optimizes print paths for multi-material objects, minimizing tool changes while maximizing material property transitions and ensuring proper inter-layer adhesion.
Quality Assurance Integration
Real-time monitoring systems track material flow, temperature profiles, and geometric accuracy throughout the printing process, automatically adjusting parameters to maintain consistent quality.
Looking Forward: The Future of Responsive Manufacturing
This 6-extruder system represents more than just advanced 3D printing—it’s a glimpse into a future where manufactured objects are no longer static. We’re moving toward a world where products can:
-
Self-assemble after printing
-
Adapt to changing requirements
-
Repair themselves when damaged
-
Communicate their status and needs
-
Evolve their functionality over time
Transforming Ideas into Reality
The convergence of robotics, smart materials, and advanced manufacturing opens doors to possibilities we’re only beginning to explore. Our Kuka KR 16 conversion doesn’t just print objects—it creates responsive, intelligent structures that blur the line between manufacturing and engineering biology.
As we continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with 4D printing, we’re not just changing how things are made—we’re redefining what things can become.

Robotic Additive Manufacturing
We have a large format 6 axis robotic 3D printer, fitted with either a Noztek small format extruder or the larger Xcalibur barrel and screw for faster printing. This setup is 50 times faster than traditional 3D printers.
In today’s rapidly evolving industry, material control and flexibility are key. The demand for advanced polymers, composites, and bio-based filaments is surging across sectors like aerospace, automotive, and medical manufacturing. So we use a fusionX or Xcalibur extruder in tandem with a Noztek Pelletiser to mix the materials and create bespoke blends for our customers.
